1 with joyful 85yo male patient that was injured in an auto accident in Mt Morris Michigan.
He currently needs partial to standby assist with ADL's and uses a gait belt for transfers.
Part time Weekends and rotating M/F.

Responsibilities:
Follow a care plan for the patient and report completed tasksAssist patient with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.
)Transport patient to doctor's office, grocery store and other essential errandsProvide light house cleaning and LaundryAssist with meal preparationAssist patient with self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)Observe and report any changes with the patient's conditionJob Types:
